Before opening NSM as an agency for wine communications, Erica worked for 10+ years in wine, food and consumer goods marketing in the USA, the UK and continental Europe, developing trade, press and consumer campaigns to help brands and institutional clients achieve growth. An agency of one that started with wine has become a small, dynamic group of professionals who serve wine and specialty food brands, with an emphasis on wellness marketing.

Erica has worked in traditional and digital marketing with McCann-Erickson, in wine retail sales (Oddbins UK, Wine Library USA), and as Marketing Director of a London fine wine merchant. Erica has a Bachelor's degree (cum laude) from Georgetown University, a Masters degree (with Merit) from the London School of Economics and a WSET Advanced Certificate in Wines & Spirits (with Distinction). She is the NY Co-Director of the Georgetown Entertainment and Media Alliance. In her spare time she enjoys hosting dinner parties and traveling.

ASHLEY MORAN

Account Executive

Ashley’s experience includes work in restaurants and entertainment editorial writing, which makes her uniquely well-suited to the work we do. She began her communications career with an editorial position with TV Insider, the digital publication of TV Guide Magazine. No stranger to the food and wine business, Ashley also worked in the restaurant industry for six years while attending college. She is a graduate of Rutgers University’s School of Communication and Information with a Bachelor’s in Journalism and Media Studies. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, reading and catching up on her favorite television shows with a glass of sauvignon blanc.

Lauren has been crafting her digital marketing expertise for ten years. Early in her career, Lauren was responsible for building online communities from the ground up for the entertainment division of Procter & Gamble. From there, she focused her skill set on helping small business grow in the digital space through implementation of proper search engine optimization techniques and successful social media strategies. From tourism to health, her portfolio of client experience includes Eight Oaks Distillery, On Location Tours, Massage Envy, and Pain Specialists of Greater Lehigh Valley.Lauren has a Bachelor's degree ( magna cum laude ) from the Roy H. Park School of Communications at Ithaca College. In her spare time, she enjoys writing, skiing, traveling, and relaxing with a glass of red wine.
