Account Executive / Account Supervisor

Are you a seasoned communications pro with a keen sense for a story and a talent for building relationships?

We are looking to hire a mid-level or experienced executive to work closely with the Managing Director on a growing number of exciting brands. If the notes above and below sound like you, we may be looking for you.

You are:

  • a creative writer and strategic thinker
  • an avid consumer of food and wine media on traditional and digital channels
  • proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Cision

You have:

Key responsibilities include:

  • developing communications strategy
  • writing key messages and pitch angles
  • pitching influential media to secure feature stories
  • identifying and taking action on opportunities to advance client strategy goals
  • managing events and logistics for campaign activations
  • evaluating campaigns and providing insights

This is a staff position with a generous compensation package including paid time off and health care subsidy. Salary is industry competitive and dependent on experience.

Account Coordinator

Are you a foodie or a wine enthusiast looking for your first step into a marketing career? Or a PR maven looking to get into the food and wine business? We are looking to hire an Account Coordinator to work closely with the Managing Director on new accounts. You are:

  • excellent time management skills
  • an avid consumer of food and wine media on traditional and digital channels
  • proficient in Excel, PowerPoint

You have:

  • the self-motivation to work independently

  • a professional, friendly and tenacious work style
  • social media savvy and genuine interest in tastemakers and trends that build brands and movements

Preference will be given to candidates who:

  • experience using Cision
  • experience in a PR agency (1-3 years)

Key responsibilities include:

  • drafting press releases
  • responding to media requests
  • doing research for feature commentary and pitches to mainstream and industry-focused media
  • pitching stories to generate coverage for our food and beverage clients
  • managing and developing media lists 
  • coordinating sampling and shipments
  • coordinating events and logistics for campaign activations
  • reporting on and evaluating client campaigns

  • coordinating sampling and shipments
  • coordinating events and logistics for campaign activations
  • reporting on and evaluating client campaigns
